Dental Implants that Renew your smile.

I had several upper teeth extracted and a partial made for a temporary solution to my problem. I was very embarrassed about my smile and was in pain from infection on a regular basis. Dr. Caputo never showed any judgement towards my awful teeth, just came up with a game plan and implemented the first part of it. When fitted for the partial i had some issues. With it pinching and they got me back in as quick as they could with their schedule and adjusted it to make it fit so much better. I am planning to go back before the end of the year to get last 5 teeth extracted and implants and upper arch installed. It was about 10 days of pain after extractions but since then it has been so much better not having continuing infections. Everybody at the office in greenfield is so friendly, helpful and nice. Cost is comperable to clear choice quote. They don't take insurance but will help you fill out paperwork to send to your dental insurance to try and get reimbursed up to whatever it pays out. Where do I start?!? From the consultation to the surgery itself has been nothing short of an extremely positive experience. The staff is so kind, genuine and knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend Britely in Greendale! Dr. Caputo and the entire staff is and has been #1! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Dr. Cuputo is wonderful. He explains all treatment that he does and why recommended. His staff is just as nice and also knowledgeable. As far as I am concerned this the only place to go for implants.

An absolutely fantastic experience. All the staff are very kind and patient. I have always had issues with dental work and pain. They all took the time to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t rush if I wasn’t. I had a double arch implant done and it looks phenomenal and feels even better. I can finally eat all my favorite foods again without pain or worry. I highly recommend them if you need implants or dentures done.

5/4/26 I went in feeling great no pain. After my implants were cleaned from the hygienist, I felt pain on the left upper implant. I told the hygienist and she was rude, disrespectful and would not let me talk. She kept cutting me off and she just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. I tried explaining to her that it hurts and it feels tight. I was so shocked the way she talked to me. She was very unprofessional and she walked out the room and I heard her complaining about me down the hall. She was not the same person that has worked with me before. Dr. Jensen came in and whatever he did the pain stopped. I will not be returning back to this clinic. Anyone that goes I hope you never have to experience what I have been through.

For a while I was having some health problems and was quickly losing weight because I was unable to eat without being in constant pain and having really bad headaches and other problems all from failing teeth and a really bad infection. I needed to do something about it before things got worse or ended up with more problems than I already had. I spent months doing research and found an amazing place @britely_dentures_implants they specializes in dentures and implants. I went and spoke to them about my options and found something that worked for me. So on January 6th 2026 I went in to have all my teeth pulled and had the post put in on January 7th i returned and had my healing dentures put on since I decided on getting dental implants. I currently feel 100 time better no longer have bad headaches and have alot more energy than I did before. I currently have healing Dentures that I will have for about 6 months and then I will get permanent ones once everything heals. Michelle and her team did an amazing work and Im truly greatful for them treating me like family and helping me get to the healthiest I've been in years

I was absolutely terrified to come back. Had a super complicated situation with my previous implants. Dr. Caldwell tried to save them but we failed. So had to re do everything. I have seen Dr Caldwell the last 18 months. I love that she & her office are excellent providers 1st & foremost. They take time to give options for their clientele. I hope you well, Dr Caldwell & Team! I loved being a client of you. I am so glad I found you all when I did. I had done an exhaustive search for the right Doctor & office. So many other offices in Denver metro. Only want to pursue $40k+++ per arch All on 4's. I had already spent nearly a nice condo on my teeth alone! Im not poverty stricken, but at a certain point of a few hundred k. It gets old. Where as they laid everything out. They comprehended my viewpoint. As I have an existing $25k implant bridge from 16 yrs ago on the lower jaw. Just a drop in the bucket. Of 4 different full mouth reconstructions, I have paid for. So went traditional even if premium Dentures. Meaning I had the opportunity to choose teeth shape/style & coloring. Over the years have had my teeth constructions done whiter, but not fake unnatural white lol. I am very happy with result. Fast forward to today. I had a laboratory reline done. Having implants already. I knew my bone structure would recede. That & have osteoporosis. So not a biggie that 1 yr afterwards it needed refined. They fit like real teeth as much as they can.
I will miss your office. I love seeing strong independent Women in a professional office setting. With Jimmy & the office dog that welcomes everyone. Without being intrusive, like true svc animal does. Like my own svc animal.

This is the most awesome place I had gone somewhere before about 8 years ago well they just weren't good.Britely on Balsam way is so attentive absolutely want to get teeth right and Dr Caldwell I have never felt like family at a dentist office and that is what she does along with all her staff members.I wish I had found them first would've saved alot of pain heartache and money.Amanda in the office she handles financing and she's good at it.if youdont think u can afford to fix your teeth by dentures or implants go here give them a look see u will not be disappointed at all.You are family here I will miss them u see I'm moving out of state I hope there is a place like this in Georgia if I should need anything but I don't think I will because the staff is thorough and Dr. Caldwell is picky but in a good way .I will put them on the visit list when I come back .Go check them out and see for yourself The best ever

I had teeth #23, 24, 25, 26 extracted. I have no pain so far but I took 800 mg ibuprofen when I returned home. I received a temporary but removed it when I got 🏡 home and placed gauze on the affected area because of excessive bleeding. I also applied a 🥶 cold pack to the area. I have repeated the gauze & cold pack several times. I also used ⚫️ black tea on the areas. The blood flow has abated somewhat. The whole process took approximately 50 minutes. There is a lot of post op activity involved for several days. I have been avoiding this procedure for 2 years and was quite apprehensive about having it done. There is an implant on 23 & 26 and eventually I will have a crown on these with a bridge 🌉 on 24 & 25. So far I believe it has gone quite well. Time ⏲️ will tell.

I am from California was looking to get dental implants happen to Google brightly dental implants. I felt welcome from the moment. I called to the moment I walked into the office in September. Until I started the procedure in january doctor taylor the office manager, the receptionist and the dental. Assistance after the first procedure, they text me the next morning. To make sure I was doing okay. And to see if I needed anything. Now that's what you call great customer service. When I needed temporary dentures modified I walked in 1 day and they were more than happy to take care of me

When my tooth cracked and I required a replacement, I got a consultation from three different dentists. The estimates were overwhelming!!!…$10,000 to $8000. Desperate, I googled Britely, who specializes in dentures and tooth replacements solely. From when I entered the friendly receptionist to the ex ray that depicted ALL my teeth (which was part of my free consultation) and Manager Jackie who brought me to a consulting room with models of various teeth, plus my completed x rays…she was super accommodating and as well as the doctor both who discussed what would be done and answered all my concerns and questions…I was never rushed. Finally, Jackie assessed the complete cost—and WOW I WAS THRILLED for it was more than half the fee the other 3 dental professionals were asking!!😀 The staff, especially Jackie, were really phenomenal. They took a very stressful situation for me and eased my worries in a positive manner.

From the opening of the door to exiting from that same door I was treated like a member of a family. Jackie and Dr Jenson made sure I understood everything and how they went about it truly made me feel like I was on top of their list of things to do. PART TWO- Today I had an early follow up appointment to my surgery that was on December 3 at 0730. The early follow up was because my temporary Dentures were to large for my mouth. I thought that this vist would be to re-measure my mouth and I would pick up my recalibrated temporary Dentures on my next regularly scheduled vist. That wasn't the case. The Simply Marvelous Athena, one of the utmost qualified staff members at Britely, Oakdale went to work on the temporary Dentures to where they fit with the utmost comfort. Athena then put the liner in on the Dentures to make them fit so comfortable that I thought I was in my first bed, a water bed, after I grew too big for the crib. She than explained everything so I would understand it. Now, not only did I receive a king's treatment at this appointment and my surgery but Dr Jenson took time to come into the room and make sure the healing was going well. I thank all staff, including Jacque and Sydney, for how kind I've been treated so far and for the future kindness. If anyone is considering help with their teeth, please to not hesitate to schedule a free consultation. At that consultation you will be taken through a step by step process from beginning to end. There will never be any pressure put on you by the Oakdale team. The appointment is just to go through and let you know you have options. Thank You team Britely!!! You're the BEST!!!!

PART 3- Today I had a visit to my wonderful friends at Britely. My visit today was concerning the pain I was have eating solid foods that I had to chew. See, I was having pain while trying eating/chewing solid or more foods. I was very concerned that it was part of the metal that was put in my gums for the implants. Well, I would like to quote a very intelligent person when he told me, after I apologized, "You just got lost in the rabbit hole". The piece of metal or what was actually a tiny chunk of bone that only exited through my gums after surgery. Very normal. The team removed the bone in 3.7 seconds and now I feel no pain at all. By the way, that intelligent person was the one and ONLY Dr Jenson. Him and his team member Athena took care of everything and I will be finished, with my implants, earlier than expected. Also, thank you Athena for sharing with me how life takes its toll on all of us. Some just more than others. I thank you for how well you've taken care of me while I have my mouth fixed. Plus, Sydney you wouldn't take no for an answer on me rescheduling and I can't thank you enough. I did need work on my water pipes but I also felt very embarrassed for my vist with the rabbit in his home and him getting my head full of nonsense but if I didn't make the appointment I would still be in pain and on the same schedule to get the implants earlier. So today. I would like to award The Britely Performance of the month to 'Syd the Kid' Sydney. Thank you Sydney. I wouldn't be pain free now if not for your insistence on me making my appointment. Thank you EVERYONE. It just only keeps getting better.

I've been getting work at Britely and the whole staff is so awesome they set me up with implants on my upper and we are working on saving my lower teeth I was so scared about doing the implants and they made me feel comfortable the whole staff is so kind and caring im so happy with them on doing work on lower teeth they know I'm scared of needles and all that they just assure me all will be OK and so far that's been my experience there kindness and caring has helped me last week I got cavities filled and temporary crowns and get the permanent ones soon and can't wait thank you all at britley dentures &Implants you have helped me so much i can smile and eat again 😊

This morning I was anxious and fearful, but Dr. Jenson and the staff at Britely Dentures and Implants made me feel completely at ease. I have had the best experience at the Richardson, Texas Britely Dentures and Implants Studio. One week ago yesterday, I had part 1 of my implant surgery and am happy to report a relatively easy experience and no pain to speak of. I have not been to a dentist in 10 years and went to Britely on Jan. 21,2020 I wear dentures and needed an implant. I decided to proceed on that day. I must say the procedure for the implant was quick and painless. I also am having my dentures updated. I am a snowbird and talked to friends in Ill and an implant and dentutres were much less with Britelyy. Dr Barrett and his staff are GREAT. I highly recommend them. JS ILL.
