Fabulous experience at Brightly Dental for one implant after finding this practice online! Something I’ve never done before. It was half the price I had been quoted by an oral surgeon. Dr Caldwell is knowledgeable and professional and produced a terrific result, that impressed my regular dentist. The staff is great. So glad I searched for a different provider.

Got my finals today. I can't explain the level of comfort this crew made me feel. I never felt judged for my teeth. They accommodated every aspect and concern I had. From day one to today, there has been a drastic change in my personality. I wouldn't talk to them barely at first, but as the months went by and the forever upgrades of the temps, until we found the right fit, has forever changed me. Today, I couldn't stop looking at them in the mirror, touching them, tapping them together just to hear the sound... And they assure me, that I can in fact bite into an apple, something I haven't done in over 33 years. I can’t rave enough about how amazing the Britely Dentures and Implant studios is in Oakdale, MN. The moment I walked into the office and met Jacque, I felt like we knew each other forever. She made me feel so comfortable and she was super informative about the whole process of getting the All in Fours. I’m a recovering addict and alcoholic. I just celebrated 15 years with no drink. One little day at a time. I had really bad bone loss and several teeth were missing for many years and my bottom teeth had gaps in the front. I was so self conscious to smile. I could barely chew! I wanted to start working on ME! I wanted to get the beautiful smile that I deserve!! Jacque answered any and all questions after the next several weeks. She is truly incredible!I got to meet Dr. Bussa and his fabulous assist Athena! They're truly the best! They explained everything in detail! The dentist really made us feel comfortable and really explained everything.

As you pull into the parking lot, you see their beautiful building. Once in the waiting room you are greeted by two very friendly and polite ladies. Dr. John explained the treatment plan, and shows your x-ray on a screen right in front of you. It is awesome to see the image and a 3-D image of your skull. Listening to Dr. John explain what needs to be done while looking at the X-ray really clarifies the dental issues that need to be treated. I really liked the models of teeth that were sitting right there to see and touch. After Dr. John finished, there was no stone left unturned. It was so helpful to hear, see and touch during the construction.Next, you get a copy of the treatment plan and options available to finance the dental work. To my delight the prices were much less than my previous provider was charging. The cherry on top was the consultation was done at no charge. Yes, all this information did not cost me anything. I highly recommend this office if you need a second opinion or you are just beginning your journey to get a smile make over.

I have posted a review in the past, but wanted to post another since it has been a while. I am still a client at Britely on my journey to the perfect smile. i originally went for a free consultation over a year ago (yes it is actually 100% free; and worth it! they will cater to you specifically/ personally for what you want, and plan for exactly what’s needed to get there. so it’s not a waste of time, trust me), and i ended up having surgery shortly after for basically what’s known as “all on four.” which i needed for both top and bottom teeth. but ofcourse the doctor will do whatever is needed in order for ur circumstances to be successful. Fast forward a year and i am still getting everything i was promised. they are doing everything they can to get me to my finals, even with the rare (and for me frustrating) struggles i have had pop up along the way. but these are nothing due to any mistake or lacking on Britelys part. they are due to the unique angle of my implants, that had to be done bcuz my very thin/ minimal bone on top. which is something the doc explained and warned me of in detail 100% from the very beginning, before my surgery. POINT IS- the doctor/ staff will go to any lengths to get it solved. and with smiles and positive attitude every step of the way. i appreciate what they are doing SO MUCH, even considering my unbelievable fear of the dentist office (regardless of the fact that these appts are basically pain free, lol), and all that comes with those fears in my own head! 😉 THANK YOU doc and ty Leslie for ALL ur patience and dedication and ty to the receptionists (angela) who is always responding to me so quickly everytime i contact the office, and ty to the entire staff!! every one of you is amazing!!⭐️5+ stars for Britely⭐️i wouldn’t choose anywhere else for where to get ur perfect smile!!😬

I had agreed to a full mouth implant plan, but health and my age caused me to cancel the contract. Britely promptly refunded 90% of the deposit, keeping a modest amount for their efforts, to which I absolutely agreed. Hat's off to their honesty. I regret that I wasn't able to proceed. It was a wonderful experience! Dr. Miller and his staff are so professional and kind😊 This procedure is a bit daunting but they made me feel very comfortable.

I don’t even know where to start with my review. I’m emotional just starting to write this. From the moment I first spoke to Lindsey when she answered the phone back in May of 2024, the staff and Drs of Brightly changed my life. Yes that sounds cliche’ but it is true.I grew up with an intense fear of dentists. No one likes the dentist. I get that. I had a traumatic experience when I was about 8 years old and that always made me have to be forced to go to the dentist as a child and as an adult be reactive vs proactive in my dental care. This eventually took its toll on my dental health. Because of this, I was very self conscious and it affected how I would speak to people (hand in front of mouth a lot of the time etc.).When I went in for my consult, I was convinced that I would need to have the screw in prosthetic arches done. Dr. Nina looked at the bone scan and sat down with me and said no way. She said my bone density was good and she would not do that to me. She said that my teeth were not in that bad of shape. They just needed restorative procedures done.She then brought in her counterpart, Dr Mike. They came up with a plan. It was not an easy plan. It was aggressive. It was a lot of work. But I did it. Better yet…WE DID IT! Two appointments/surgeries…the major one and temps were put in June and then in July (the easier one) when all of the permanent crowns and bridges were done. Couple adjustment appointments and I have the smile of my dreams. Customized exactly how I wanted it.Everyone at this office is absolutely amazing. They understand that people are scared. They have empathy. They have compassion. They go the extra mile. I cannot stop raving about them. I now have zero hesitation getting out of the car and going into the dentist office. I actually look forward to seeing all of them!Before I hit submit on this, I have to send special thanks and praise to Anne. Anne is the Wonder Woman of the office. She works with several of the Brightly offices in the US. Anne was there for my first appointment. She sat with me the whole time. She gave me her number for any questions. We would text. She would ease my mind when I was scared. She arranged her schedule so she was there for my procedure. She sat with me while they sedated me. She was there when my son picked me up and gave him his marching orders on how to take care of me. Anne is just plain and simply a superstar. You are a gem!Thank you to Dr Mike, Dr Nina, Anne, Lindsey, and the guys ( I know I would spell their names wrong but Anne will pass it along). You all brought my smile back and I haven’t stopped since July 12th when the permanent teeth went in. You all changed my life.

This might be a little long. So I finally made the decision to go with upper dentures. I went to a few dentists. They were all nice. But the customer service at Britely Dentures is outstanding. So, I went in for the initial free screening. Michelle did great. Very modern equipment. I explained to them I am a wus when it comes to my teeth. Michelle and I decided on a treatment plan. I had to put it off for a while. While I got my money together. So, I made the next appointment. Well before my next appointment I found out my job was shutting down for a couple of weeks. Called Michelle and explained I would really like to get this done during my works down time. Michelle brought Vanessa in. Because she is the appointment wizard. And she was. Got me in right in the middle of the shut down. Dr. Caputo is awesome. Very patient and explains everything before he does it. My nerves were shot before I even sat in the chair. I should not have even worried about it. I actually didn't feel any pain when he pulled them out. Would highly recommend.

I have been to five different consultations so far as I am trying to make a decision on the practice that I will have handle my implants. Britely is the only practice I felt any compassion for my situation. Justine explained every option which usually does not happen as most places will push you towards the most expensive option (full, partial, dentures) Dr. Caldwell was very emphatic with what I was going through as this process is also a mental one along with physical. She explained everything to me again and put me at ease in regards to the procedure. One thing she said that resonated with me before I left was “let’s get you smiling again.” Highly recommend you take advantage of the free consultation as I learned more sitting down with them than anyone else. Very patient in answering all my questions.

I have been treated by good dental clinics for most of my life. Britely stands out far above any others for many reasons. My situation was urgent and I got an appointment within forty/eight hours as a new patient. The online tools were excellent and easy to navigate. When I arrived I spent time with a friendly and professional office manager that worked to clearly understand my needs. I took my mother to Britely even though it wasn’t the closest place for dentures. The reviews were so good we thought it would be worth the drive. It was a great decision. Dr. Caputo and his staff were very patient and kind to my mother. She had put off dental work for about 2 years and had infections. Dr. Caputo cleaned it all up, put in 2 implants and made a bottom denture. Mom is very pleased with the results.

8 years ago.I started looking fordental imlant place, went to 7 consults. I hated the pushiness, even more so really hated that they would not listen to what I wanted. They try to sale me everything I did not want. 2023 I picked 2 more places, ended up calling Britely by mistake. Best mistake ever, loved my conversation with them and had an appt in a couple days. Went to my appointment, they listened to what I wanted l, no problem. Everyone was super accommodating through my whole process. Super friendly, I did not have any problems. I could not have been any more satisfied with my choice. If you are questioning a place to go believe me this is your place Dr. Nina Mehranfar and her staff are the best to be found for implants or dentures.......

Well, let me start off by saying i have not been to the dentist in probably 10 years. It is like my worst fear lol I went into britely for a consultation, and immediately I felt welcome and at ease, which was really nice considering I worked myself up pretty bad I had full mouth fixed implants put in about three weeks ago and I was pretty surprised it wasn’t that painful afterwards and Dr. MILLER is amazing and his staff.. I couldn’t be happier just went for my follow up visit and I have to say the temporaries look pretty good. I can’t wait till to see the Permanent in 3 months..

Doctor really knows and understands what you really want for your teeth

They have a beautiful new facility in a new medical building. The staff was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to about everything I needed to get done. Getting a top denture and lower crowns in 2 separate procedures several months apart is not a fast thing to do, but they did everything perfectly, and the denture and crowns look, feel and work great. Their rates were lower than my usual Dentist wanted to charge and the results are amazing. I would highly recommend Britely to anyone who needs this kind of work done!

Had my first appointment there yesterday. I believe I’m in good hands. We discussed pricing. I literally put a $200 deposit down yesterday and I’m going back in about 2 weeks to get a tooth implant when I have the rest of the $. They have payment options that they can help with on top of that they also help you with the insurance part as well. I went almost 3 years missing a front tooth. If I would have known how affordable a crown or implant would’ve been through these guys I would have had my smile back almost immediately. If anybody is reading my review my advice would be to set up a consultation it doesn’t hurt to ask.

Going into Britely for a consultation on dental implants was the best thing I could have ever done for myself! Angela gently started the process for me with an appt. for consult, x- rays, meeting the Doctor and a dental plan worked up. Being an anxious person I super appreciated the nice flow in their office. I’ve had implants in the past by specialist and nothing compares so far to the great dental work I’m receiving from Dr. Miller and his staff. I decided to write this review because of the way I was treated and their level of efficiency. The issue I had with the implant had nothing to do with them since I had gotten the implant done somewhere else. The staff, dental assistant,and Dr. Pasicznyk in this office are kind, helpful, and honest. I was in and out with one hours and they didn't try selling me any additional treatments. I have had the best experience at the Richardson, Texas Britely Dentures and Implants Studio. One week ago yesterday, I had part 1 of my implant surgery and am happy to report a relatively easy experience and no pain to speak of. Dr. O is very knowledgeable about teeth implants and is skilled in making patients comfortable; both during and after the procedure. His staff work in perfect tandem with him and the procedure and care are top notch!

I'm a type 1 diabetic and was worried about fixing this problem. I decided to visit Britely in part due to their high Yelp rating. I'm glad I did. This was a big decision, but the right one.

Britely Implants studio is the Best, I went to a few dental offices due to the procedure I was having done of a full mouth of dental implants I wanted the best, from entering Britely dental I could hear and see the passion for what Chris and the staff have for the dental/Patients, the staff is very patient and answered all of my questions befor the procedure during and the completion of the work being done, The Procedure was top notch, the healing process was amazing I had very little mouth irritation, and the communication has all been top notch, I even cracked one of temporary healing bridges and Chris Barrett came in on a Sunday morning to get me fixed up. Recently my wife and I visited Britely Dentures + Implants Studio in Bonita Springs, FL., for an implants procedure consultation. I have not been to a dentist in 10 years and went to Britely on Jan. 21,2020 I wear dentures and needed an implant. I decided to proceed on that day. I must say the procedure for the implant was quick and painless. I also am having my dentures updated. I am a snowbird and talked to friends in Ill and an implant and dentutres were much less with Britelyy. Dr Barrett and his staff are GREAT. I highly recommend them. JS ILL.
