When my tooth cracked and I required a replacement, I got a consultation from three different dentists. The estimates were overwhelming!!!…$10,000 to $8000. Desperate, I googled Britely, who specializes in dentures and tooth replacements solely. From when I entered the friendly receptionist to the ex ray that depicted ALL my teeth (which was part of my free consultation) and Manager Jackie who brought me to a consulting room with models of various teeth, plus my completed x rays…she was super accommodating and as well as the doctor both who discussed what would be done and answered all my concerns and questions…I was never rushed. Finally, Jackie assessed the complete cost—and WOW I WAS THRILLED for it was more than half the fee the other 3 dental professionals were asking!!😀 The staff, especially Jackie, were really phenomenal. They took a very stressful situation for me and eased my worries in a positive manner.

PART TWO- Today I had an early follow up appointment to my surgery that was on December 3 at 0730. The early follow up was because my temporary Dentures were to large for my mouth. I thought that this vist would be to re-measure my mouth and I would pick up my recalibrated temporary Dentures on my next regularly scheduled vist. That wasn't the case. The Simply Marvelous Athena, one of the utmost qualified staff members at Britely, Oakdale went to work on the temporary Dentures to where they fit with the utmost comfort. Athena then put the liner in on the Dentures to make them fit so comfortable that I thought I was in my first bed, a water bed, after I grew too big for the crib. She than explained everything so I would understand it. Now, not only did I receive a king's treatment at this appointment and my surgery but Dr Jenson took time to come into the room and make sure the healing was going well. I thank all staff, including Jacque and Sydney, for how kind I've been treated so far and for the future kindness. If anyone is considering help with their teeth, please to not hesitate to schedule a free consultation. At that consultation you will be taken through a step by step process from beginning to end. There will never be any pressure put on you by the Oakdale team. The appointment is just to go through and let you know you have options. Thank You team Britely!!! You're the BEST!!!!

PART 3- Today I had a visit to my wonderful friends at Britely. My visit today was concerning the pain I was have eating solid foods that I had to chew. See, I was having pain while trying eating/chewing solid or more foods. I was very concerned that it was part of the metal that was put in my gums for the implants. Well, I would like to quote a very intelligent person when he told me, after I apologized, "You just got lost in the rabbit hole". The piece of metal or what was actually a tiny chunk of bone that only exited through my gums after surgery. Very normal. The team removed the bone in 3.7 seconds and now I feel no pain at all. By the way, that intelligent person was the one and ONLY Dr Jenson. Him and his team member Athena took care of everything and I will be finished, with my implants, earlier than expected. Also, thank you Athena for sharing with me how life takes its toll on all of us. Some just more than others. I thank you for how well you've taken care of me while I have my mouth fixed. Plus, Sydney you wouldn't take no for an answer on me rescheduling and I can't thank you enough. I did need work on my water pipes but I also felt very embarrassed for my vist with the rabbit in his home and him getting my head full of nonsense but if I didn't make the appointment I would still be in pain and on the same schedule to get the implants earlier. So today. I would like to award The Britely Performance of the month to 'Syd the Kid' Sydney. Thank you Sydney. I wouldn't be pain free now if not for your insistence on me making my appointment. Thank you EVERYONE. It just only keeps getting better.

Over the years I've had a lot of dental work done, so I feel I've learned enough to consider Dr. Pacysnyk an expert in the implant field! The entire team works together like a proficient machine! Aside from the usual things patients look for, like cleanliness, updated equipment, etc... I was impressed from Angela at the front desk, to Dagmar who is particularly skilled with the crowns and prosthetics. Compared to other dentists, their pricing is very fair. I really feel like they take pride in what they do!

Everyone from check in until I left was very professional and friendly. Shout out to Michelle Benish for trying to do her best to make it work for me and I appreciate that and not fast talking me like the other experience I had.

I'm still recovering from the first set of teeth. A lot of swelling, a shiner and some mild pain. So far so good. Can't wait for the swelling to go down so I can see everything that was done. I will update later. Highly recommend Britely Dentures and Implants Studio if you are looking to have it done.
Starting the second week of my new teeth. They feel pretty good and I still have to watch what I eat. Great smile, still some soreness around my cheeks and gums. A little over three weeks till my next appointment for another adjustment. Time is flying.
Just had another appointment to make sure everything is fine. Got another X-ray. Everything looks great. All part of the process to make sure my new teeth are good.

This morning I was anxious and fearful, but Dr. Jenson and the staff at Britely Dentures and Implants made me feel completely at ease. The hygienist was incredibly gentle and explained every step of my procedure for the implant, and Dr. Jenson took the time to address all my concerns before my procedure previously and everything went smoothly as planned. I felt well-informed and safe throughout the entire visit. From the get go they were very helpful with paperwork and with all the information. I would highly recommend them!

I went for the free consult in Lakewood Ranch. Everyone in the office was superb. I don't know when/if I will do the procedure but if I decide I certainly will do it there. I will update if I go back and have the procedure done so that you can see how Dr. Duke made my smile confident & beautiful.

Went in for surgery for upper & lower implants & I'm 3 days post-op! Dr. Duke is an expert in his field! His assistants are also very skilled, kind & very patient. Astryd, the financial manager is the best. She always answers all my questions even if they are silly! I can always count on her! Beautiful office, comfortable & inviting. If you are looking for implants give them a try with their free consult! You won't regret it! I Will update after I'm healed enough for a picture.

Just got my finals about a couple of weeks ago May 1st. I'm super happy & everyone did a fantastic job. It was a long journey 6 months to be exact. I'll have to go back for a slight adjustment but other than that they look perfect! Thanks Dr. Duke & staff!

I went in for my 6 month check up last week. As usual everyone feels like my extended family! Everything went well & everything looked good. I do have to have a slight procedure done for some receding gum at one of the implant sites. Dr. Duke talk to me about it explaining everything in detail then referring me to a periodontist.
Today I went in for my 6 month cleaning. I saw Dr. Jay & his assistant Angela. They were just as professional & friendly & inviting! Dr. Jay did a great job answering my questions & instructing me on the waterpik & what attachment was best to use! This practice is the best if you want people who really care!!

Form the moment I called to when i walked in. I felt like I was in very good and capable hands. I had my procedure today. Now I'm not going to say that it was all sunshine and bunnies. Yes it hurt but nowhere i thought it was going to. Thank you. I'm going to give a shout out to all the stuff. They took great care to answer all of my questions and answerd some i didn't think about. Even when it was in phone calls. Dr Copoto was the best dentist I have ever been to. He noticed my anxiety right away and did everything he could do to diminish it. Thank you very much.
It has been about 9 months since I wrote this review I'm adding to it. It has been a process it's not an easy. Dr Caputo and the staff here at brightly dentures and implants are phenomenal they have a plan and they stick to the plan they don't deviate from. They look for the best possible care and a good plan of action. I do recommend them to people that I've talked to looking to have what I have gotten done. Down below is the after picture of what my teeth look like now and I think they look great.

Dr Duke and his staff were fantastic. I needed my front tooth extraction and an implant due to long term injury/issues. My other front tooth is a veneer. Not only was the extraction surgery very comfortable, they were able to match my old front veneer (which is extremely difficult and saved me thousands) , they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They did what others said wasn't possible, the price was very fair for the service provided. I highly recommend them.

Very good experience with this location. Long process, but is worth it. If you have any concerns, they have no problem taking you in, and looking you over to make sure everything is good. All professionals there. Appointments are made, and there's barely any wait time upon arrival.

I went around to a few dentist looking for a new smile and you guys were the most comforting and caring and made sure every need was met. I'm sure I was one of the more pickier patients and I am sorry but you guys made me extremely happy won't start to finish and I have the best smile to go with it, thank you so very much for everything.

I have been going to Brightly since March and I have to say the price of a whole set was reasonable. Dr Duke does a phenomenal job. He knows what he is doing. Serena the office coordinator she does a great job. She knows what she is doing.

when i first started doing my research on a solution for my teeth, there was just so much mixed information from mamy different sources. my teeth were causing me pain almost daily, and chipping teeth was a regular occurrence. I decided to check out Dr. Caputo at britely because he had done a few root canals for me when he first got into dentistry at Cudahy Dental. I was always very impressed with his work even back then. it was such a great feeling seeing him after all of those years....everyone at Britely welcomed me with open arms and have been nothing shy of AMAZING. I got the all on 4 setup in zirconia on the top and bottom. I am so happy with the final product. Dr Caputo and his team did such an outstanding job and have given me a second chance at life it feels like. to be able to smile again like I used to is a feeling that cannot be matched. don't be afraid to take the BIG step on the right direction because it is sooo worth it!

Got my top, all on x (6), implant a few weeks ago. This place by far is the best place I’ve gone to get estimates. I felt so comfortable in the evaluation that I went ahead and told them to put me in the schedule. The bedside manner is top tier! And the fact that they gave me the total upfront and no surprise fees is a big plus. I work pay check to pay check, I’m not one of these multi millionaire families that vacation down here, so I really appreciated knowing what I’m going to pay well in advance. It just feels like Dr. Pasicznyk cares fully about a good looking job! The first temp I got was off centered by a tad and he had them remake it over night with no extra cost! That’s going above and beyond for the temps and I highly appreciate that. And all the staff is friendly and genuinely care. That’s hard to find these day with people having pride in their work and doing a great job. 6/5 stars if possible.

Going thru the process, and ashley was amazingly understanding,caring and professional. This an embarrassing thing to deal with, but their good people. Today I completed my 6 1/2 month journey to final dental implants! I am absolutely thrilled with my finals! From the initial extractions up to today, I never felt any pain..not even once! My finals look like my own real teeth!

I had several cracked, and missing teeth prior to implant surgery. I also had a horrible root infection. As a bonus to having the surgery, I also lost 25 pounds in the process. Over the 6 months, my overall health improved! I checked with a couple different practices, and am so glad I selected Britely!! The staff are perfectionists.

I was very hesitant when deciding on getting all on 4 implants due to a very bad dental experience I had in the past. From the minute I walked in the office I felt at ease.
From the time I met with Candice then Dr Nina I had all my questions answered and I knew this was the place for me.
I was also very scared that my mouth would feel very full after surgery with me not being used to teeth. But to my surprise the implants were very comfortable and felt non-intrusive. They felt very natural.

They were all so nice and I got my dentures within a timely manner like 6 weeks

I needed two implants after I fell and completely cracked my two front teeth just above the gums. I was referred to several "in-network" Dental establishments and actually went to One. It was a conglomerate (chain) and their Drs. didn't have ratings, that I could find, anyway. They had an Implant Specialist, but he was only in Naples every third Thursday! I left after allowing them to advise me on what they would set up for me with a list of costs (after insurance).
When I got home, I researched to find a well rated Implant Specialist. I am so lucky to have found Dr. John Pasicznyk and everyone in his staff. World Class. Owner of the business as well. Implant Dentistry is his only focus and he has the best of everything. He and his office team are Professional, innovative, precise, extremely knowledgeable, experienced, accomplished and honest.
So, today Dr. Pasicznyk extracted two teeth and the implant device was placed. Now, I have a perfect temporary until "Dr. John" Pasicznyk allows that my mouth is fully prepared for the permanent teeth. I have a check-up appointment in 6 weeks scheduled. I left and picked up my 3 prescriptions. It is still to be determined, but in something like 3 months', I will be put together again. I have no qualms as everything was explained, even communicated during surgery, and afterwards. Best of all, I knew I was in
a Professional's good hands. I could tell his precision and experience throughout my procedure today.
I'd say I am lucky to have found BRITELY with Dr. John Pasicznyk and staff.

It felt to me as a locally owned Mom & Pops Store (rare bred). I spoke with Serena and thoroughly explained what my process would and time it would take. I needed a payment plan and she arranged my approval before i left the office. Even spoke with my doctor who would be doing the implant. He was detailed, unrushed, and left with a feeling of relief and "mission accomplished". Ill keep you posted.

Every time I've been in the clinic everyone is friendly and take care of you like your the best customer. Very clear on procedures and willing to work with my budget. I was scheduled for my implants but than diagnosed with cancer and had to start chemotherapy, Jackie would call to see how I was doing and a year later I am able to start where we left off. Im excited to be able to continue with my implants.

I’m not sure if my first post went through or not. So I’m writing another just in case.
I was visiting out of town when my temporary implant broke. Needless to say I was distraught. First of all, I hate going to the dentist. My anxiety would go through the roof. No matter how hard I tried to take care of my teeth, I always had problems. Like I stated earlier my temporary broke and I was out of town. I end up calling Britely. I explained my problem and they got me in right away. I met with Dr. Michelle Caldwell and I explained my predicament. I didn’t know if she could help me or not. She examined what happened and assured me she could help. She was extremely kind and understood my situation and the anxiety I was having. She sat down with me and explained the process that I would need to have done to complete the process. I felt so assured by her, that I ended up using her to finish the process of getting my permanent implants. She was extremely kind as well as her whole staff. They treated me with such kindness. They definitely relieve your anxiety. I would highly recommend Doc and her whole staff. I can’t say enough how good they were. More importantly, they give you back your smile! They are with you every step of the way.

I was at work eating gummy candy and my front crown fell out. I prayed first to find a dentist. When I called Dr. Caldwell answered the phone and ask me to leave work and come right away. I let her know that I had a graduation to attend and did not want to be toothless! She took great care of me! I said thanks Doctor and she said called me “Michelle.” I want to call her my “Lifesaver.”

Prior to getting implants I researched and went to 3 different companies to compare services. Not only was Britely the most reasonably priced option, there was no pressure, they spent a lot of time with me answering questions and the people there were amazing to work with. I decided to go with Britely for a full upper and 2 lower teeth along with 2 crowns. The whole process was laid out and explained. They helped me with the insurance claims and were wonderful to work with. I had an initial reaction (some roof of mouth swelling) due to sutures and some minor in-between appointments stuff, but they always got me in quick, were extremely non- judgemental and always worked with me. This was life changing for me and I Dr. Sass and his associates are the best!! They made a possibly scary/ complicated experience easy to manage. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I have had the best experience at the Richardson, Texas Britely Dentures and Implants Studio. One week ago yesterday, I had part 1 of my implant surgery and am happy to report a relatively easy experience and no pain to speak of. Dr. O is very knowledgeable about teeth implants and is skilled in making patients comfortable; both during and after the procedure. We cannot express into words how happy we are with Dr. Chris and Joe and staff. From the first day of surgery to the last fitting they have gone above and beyond.. to extremes, putting any and all anxiety to rest. We couldnt be happier with my husbands results, he smiles all the time now. His teeth are beautiful and a perfect fit. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for implants. Recently my wife and I visited Britely Dentures + Implants Studio in Bonita Springs, FL., for an implants procedure consultation. We were immediately amazed with the warm welcome by the staff and the cleanliness and efficiency of the office. This is one of the best organized and equipped dental office we have visited.

I have not been to a dentist in 10 years and went to Britely on Jan. 21,2020 I wear dentures and needed an implant. I decided to proceed on that day. I must say the procedure for the implant was quick and painless. I also am having my dentures updated. I am a snowbird and talked to friends in Ill and an implant and dentutres were much less with Britelyy. Dr Barrett and his staff are GREAT. I highly recommend them. JS ILL.
