I had my first appointment at Britely Dentures in Bonita Springs and it was a great experience! I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff as I entered the office and the X-ray tech was friendly and efficient.Dr. John Pasicznyk is the only dentist who was confident and skilled enough to take out my wisdom tooth with no pain.I highly recommend you give them a try!

Dr. Duke and his staff are all very friendly, professional and caring. I was in their office for close to three hours and the time flew by. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with their answers.

I had agreed to a full mouth implant plan, but health and my age caused me to cancel the contract. Britely promptly refunded 90% of the deposit, keeping a modest amount for their efforts, to which I absolutely agreed. Hat's off to their honesty. I regret that I wasn't able to proceed. I don’t even know where to start with my review. I’m emotional just starting to write this. From the moment I first spoke to Lindsey when she answered the phone back in May of 2024, the staff and Drs of Brightly changed my life. Yes that sounds cliche’ but it is true.I grew up with an intense fear of dentists. No one likes the dentist. I get that. I had a traumatic experience when I was about 8 years old and that always made me have to be forced to go to the dentist as a child and as an adult be reactive vs proactive in my dental care. This eventually took its toll on my dental health. Because of this, I was very self conscious and it affected how I would speak to people (hand in front of mouth a lot of the time etc.).When I went in for my consult, I was convinced that I would need to have the screw in prosthetic arches done. Dr. Nina looked at the bone scan and sat down with me and said no way. She said my bone density was good and she would not do that to me. She said that my teeth were not in that bad of shape. They just needed restorative procedures done.She then brought in her counterpart, Dr Mike. They came up with a plan. It was not an easy plan. It was aggressive. It was a lot of work. But I did it. Better yet…WE DID IT! Two appointments/surgeries…the major one and temps were put in June and then in July (the easier one) when all of the permanent crowns and bridges were done. Couple adjustment appointments and I have the smile of my dreams. Customized exactly how I wanted it.Everyone at this office is absolutely amazing. They understand that people are scared. They have empathy. They have compassion. They go the extra mile. I cannot stop raving about them. I now have zero hesitation getting out of the car and going into the dentist office. I actually look forward to seeing all of them!Before I hit submit on this, I have to send special thanks and praise to Anne. Anne is the Wonder Woman of the office. She works with several of the Brightly offices in the US. Anne was there for my first appointment. She sat with me the whole time. She gave me her number for any questions. We would text. She would ease my mind when I was scared. She arranged her schedule so she was there for my procedure. She sat with me while they sedated me. She was there when my son picked me up and gave him his marching orders on how to take care of me. Anne is just plain and simply a superstar. You are a gem!Thank you to Dr Mike, Dr Nina, Anne, Lindsey, and the guys ( I know I would spell their names wrong but Anne will pass it along). You all brought my smile back and I haven’t stopped since July 12th when the permanent teeth went in. You all changed my life.

The consultation appointment started on time. The Consultant was professional, kind and intelligent. The Dentist arrived after my X-ray. Immediately creating a treatment plan. Bravo !

After shopping around for implants, I chose Britely. Great price (almost less than half of some other places), and their staff made me feel at ease. The process was great practically painless and I’ve gotten great compliments on my dental implants they look great! Highly recommend!

This might be a little long. So I finally made the decision to go with upper dentures. I went to a few dentists. They were all nice. But the customer service at Britely Dentures is outstanding. So, I went in for the initial free screening. Michelle did great. Very modern equipment. I explained to them I am a wus when it comes to my teeth. Michelle and I decided on a treatment plan. I had to put it off for a while. While I got my money together. So, I made the next appointment. Well before my next appointment I found out my job was shutting down for a couple of weeks. Called Michelle and explained I would really like to get this done during my works down time. Michelle brought Vanessa in. Because she is the appointment wizard. And she was. Got me in right in the middle of the shut down. Dr. Caputo is awesome. Very patient and explains everything before he does it. My nerves were shot before I even sat in the chair. I should not have even worried about it. I actually didn't feel any pain when he pulled them out. Would highly recommend.

I was very hesitant to get full implants and put it off way too long. The staff at Brightly were wonderful and made me feel at ease. The process from the prep to the surgery and all of the long months of recovery were explained ahead of time and went off perfectly. I have never been happier with my smile and love not having to be self-conscious anymore. Being able to eat whatever I want is such a nice feeling after years of having to watch what I ate. It’s expensive but so worth it and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Don’t wait another day!

What a great experience with Dr. Michelle and her team! I had just gone for another consultation with another office a couple of days before and felt such trepidation about my implant treatment plan. Totally different experience here. I like the fact that she is a conservative dentist so does only what NEEDS to be done.The price quote. was much better! Well I showed up with my first set of temp implants that were started elsewhere ( the upper severely damaged and missing teeth ! I was welcomed in for consultation by Jacque whom was more than nice and sensitive to my situation I then was introduced to Dr. Jensen whom also was very nice and we determined a plan to move forward , so I’ll be starting next week can’t wait seeing as I can’t talk or eat with what I have now! I have been to five different consultations so far as I am trying to make a decision on the practice that I will have handle my implants. Britely is the only practice I felt any compassion for my situation. Justine explained every option which usually does not happen as most places will push you towards the most expensive option (full, partial, dentures) Dr. Caldwell was very emphatic with what I was going through as this process is also a mental one along with physical. She explained everything to me again and put me at ease in regards to the procedure. One thing she said that resonated with me before I left was “let’s get you smiling again.” Highly recommend you take advantage of the free consultation as I learned more sitting down with them than anyone else. Very patient in answering all my questions.

I have been treated by good dental clinics for most of my life. Britely stands out far above any others for many reasons. My situation was urgent and I got an appointment within forty/eight hours as a new patient. The online tools were excellent and easy to navigate. When I arrived I spent time with a friendly and professional office manager that worked to clearly understand my needs. Andrew, a well experienced and trained tech was able to resolve my issue very quickly. I look forward to my next appointment and another great experience.

I’m so impressed with Britely Dentures and Implants. This was not my first set of dentures, so I knew what to expect for the most part.They are very thorough, and really listen to what concerns you have. I started with them in Feb., or close to that. I went in for several fittings and adjustments. No matter what my concerns or needs have been, they have been so accommodating . Dr Michelle Caldwell is an excellent choice for anyone considering dental implants. Because I am an RN and have been through many complex medical issues with my husband, when he needed implants, we needed a knowledgeable caring professional. We found this person in Dr Caldwell. She listens, evaluates dental and medical history including medications, consults with patient Dr or specialists as necessary and develops and conveys a clear plan process. Throughout, she closely works with the individual to achieve desired results. My husband’s primary care Dr says his results are the best he has ever seen. We highly recommend Dr Caldwell. An Alaskan, I researched implant locations in the U.S. and Mexico. After visiting a few I chose Dr. Dukes at Britely in Sarasota for full mouth implants. At 75, I only wish I did this many years ago. I absolutely love this place. I had to get a top denture done. I had broken it after all these years and I have mini implants. An unusual set up that I was turned away from another place for earlier in the day. I was panicked. I looked for anyone who could possibly help. I searched Google and it led me to call Britely. Michelle the DDS answered herself by luck. She just immediately said she would help anyway possible. Even if it meant trying to help fix my broken denture. Anything she could. I drove immediately to her office. I am truly glad I was guided to this place. Sometimes you just get those lucky brakes in life, and things work out right. This was one of those moments for me. She had the expertise to locate the caps for my implants that I received over a decade ago. The exact ones. Her team were able to create a solid and reliable denture for me. I love my smile. I took my mother to Britely even though it wasn’t the closest place for dentures. The reviews were so good we thought it would be worth the drive. It was a great decision. Dr. Caputo and his staff were very patient and kind to my mother. She had put off dental work for about 2 years and had infections. Dr. Caputo cleaned it all up, put in 2 implants and made a bottom denture. Mom is very pleased with the results.

Went in for consult for all in 4 and from time i made appointment to now has been extremely easy, friendly experience. All staff is extremely kind. Dr. Duke made me feel very comfortable and at ease to right before the surgrey to now 3 weeks later. Definitely recommend this office and staff. They are amazing.

My husband has been looking at getting full implants done for years and has had many quotes from different offices. He really liked Britney Dr Duke and the staff. After 6 long years of trying to find the best option he had it done last Wednesday. He has had broken teeth, partials, missing teeth for over 30 years and ended up with only having 6 teeth on the bottle right before last week and a few of his own teeth on time. Very professional implant surgeon clinic.

We made a family decision with our adult son (28) to have full month implants as he had issues with his teeth for many years. Our research and interviews brought us to Dr. Duke and his staff for the procedure. Full month implants on a young adult brings with it challenges that older adults don't necessarily experience. Dr. Duke and his staff were both professional and compassionate throughout a process that resulted in all we had hoped for our son...a beautiful smile, the opportunity to enjoy all foods and a contentment within that has simply changed his life.

8 years ago.I started looking fordental imlant place, went to 7 consults. I hated the pushiness, even more so really hated that they would not listen to what I wanted. They try to sale me everything I did not want. 2023 I picked 2 more places, ended up calling Britely by mistake. Best mistake ever, loved my conversation with them and had an appt in a couple days. Went to my appointment, they listened to what I wanted l, no problem. Everyone was super accommodating through my whole process. Super friendly, I did not have any problems. I could not have been any more satisfied with my choice. If you are questioning a place to go believe me this is your place Dr. Nina Mehranfar and her staff are the best to be found for implants or dentures.......

Staff there are extremely accommodating! They sent me paperwork to process while I was in route there, and I had it done before I got there. Friendly, smiling faces, when I met the dentist himself, the guys friendly talkative handshaking, and just a really great first impression! All the staff were great!

I started my Denture journey on 4/4/2023 with full mouth extractions with temporary dentures.then once healed I had my 4 bottom implants done to prepare for mysnap-in denture.it was a long process with healing in between and fitting appointments..then Finally in April 2024 my mouth was ready to my permanent snap-ins I went with an upgraded upper denture but chose the bottom snap-ins because this was a more suitable choice for dentures that not only would stay in place but would allow me to eat more of the foods that I love along with better stability..does it cost more..yes..but once it's done..there are No Regrets..as now I look & feel Great and having the ability to eat without having my bottoms constantly moving or popping up is priceless as well as never having to ever use fixodent or poligrip ever again! Along the way Dr. Duke and the office staff were always accommodating & empathetic to all my concerns & worked around my schedule to get me in when I needed adjustments or to address any pain issues I was having..I drove nearly 30 minutes to reach the office in Lakewood ranch but had no issues doing so because I knew that I would be taken care of by the best.If your considering getting dentures or implants I highly recommend Britely Dentures & Implants in Lakewood ranch. Dr. Duke is Great and so is every member of his staff. also if you can swing a bit of a higher cost for snap-ins do it..or at the very least do the bottom snap-ins you will not regret it. I certainly don't!

It is like my worst fear lol I went into britely for a consultation, and immediately I felt welcome and at ease, which was really nice considering I worked myself up pretty bad I had full mouth fixed implants put in about three weeks ago and I was pretty surprised it wasn’t that painful afterwards and Dr. MILLER is amazing and his staff.. I couldn’t be happier just went for my follow up visit and I have to say the temporaries look pretty good. I can’t wait till to see the Permanent in 3 months..

Doctor really knows and understands what you really want for your teeth

They have a beautiful new facility in a new medical building. The staff was very professional, friendly and easy to talk to about everything I needed to get done. Getting a top denture and lower crowns in 2 separate procedures several months apart is not a fast thing to do, but they did everything perfectly, and the denture and crowns look, feel and work great. Their rates were lower than my usual Dentist wanted to charge and the results are amazing. I would highly recommend Britely to anyone who needs this kind of work done!

So far the experience has been great. They have reasonable prices compared to other places and I have had very little pain.

Had my first appointment there yesterday. I believe I’m in good hands. We discussed pricing. I literally put a $200 deposit down yesterday and I’m going back in about 2 weeks to get a tooth implant when I have the rest of the $. They have payment options that they can help with on top of that they also help you with the insurance part as well. I went almost 3 years missing a front tooth. If I would have known how affordable a crown or implant would’ve been through these guys I would have had my smile back almost immediately. If anybody is reading my review my advice would be to set up a consultation it doesn’t hurt to ask.

There are such wonderful people who work here. They explain everything step by step and they are truly caring people. I have worked with many dentists and he is one of the best he never made me feel bad for having bad teeth and was very caring and staff was amazing as well They were not judgy at all. It was a good meeting, the cost of the implant was crazy and the 1,000 up front for a procedure that's not even being started until December 7th seemed really unreasonable to. I really don't think you need to take a deposit like that..200.00 or 300.00 makes more sense

Prior to getting implants I researched and went to 3 different companies to compare services. Not only was Britely the most reasonably priced option, there was no pressure, they spent a lot of time with me answering questions and the people there were amazing to work with. I decided to go with Britely for a full upper and 2 lower teeth along with 2 crowns. The whole process was laid out and explained. They helped me with the insurance claims and were wonderful to work with. I had an initial reaction (some roof of mouth swelling) due to sutures and some minor in-between appointments stuff, but they always got me in quick, were extremely non- judgemental and always worked with me. This was life changing for me and I Dr. Sass and his associates are the best!! They made a possibly scary/ complicated experience easy to manage. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

As someone who had had some very bad dental experiences, I’m always wary about dentist. My experience with Dr. Caldwell and the staff at Britely has been fantastic from day one. I went in for a second opinion after being quoted over $14,000 for two dental implants at another local place. Dr. Caldwell answered all my questions, wasn’t pushy, and I could tell from the start she really cares about what she does. Implants aren’t cheap, but I appreciate this office doing what they can decrease the costs. I had an extraction and grafts done today, and it was a very pleasant experience (as pleasant as that procedure can be!). Dr. Caldwell was light hearted and answered all our questions, and I was shocked at how simple the procedure was. I still have a long way to go with the implants, but I am sure everything will go smoothly. If you are looking for a place to get implants done, look no further. This is where you need to go.

Dr. Caldwell is truly amazing, I was more nervous for my grandpa then he was. She took care of him like he was family. I just left this office, and I am greatful Dr. Pasicznyk was able to help me with an implant that was giving me problems. I decided to write this review because of the way I was treated and their level of efficiency. The issue I had with the implant had nothing to do with them since I had gotten the implant done somewhere else. The staff, dental assistant,and Dr. Pasicznyk in this office are kind, helpful, and honest. I was in and out with one hours and they didn't try selling me any additional treatments. I have had the best experience at the Richardson, Texas Britely Dentures and Implants Studio. One week ago yesterday, I had part 1 of my implant surgery and am happy to report a relatively easy experience and no pain to speak of. Dr. O is very knowledgeable about teeth implants and is skilled in making patients comfortable; both during and after the procedure. His staff work in perfect tandem with him and the procedure and care are top notch!

We cannot express into words how happy we are with Dr. Chris and Joe and staff. From the first day of surgery to the last fitting they have gone above and beyond.. to extremes, putting any and all anxiety to rest. Every one at Brightly treats you like family.I’m scheduled for extraction of all my teeth this week.I’m nervous but they give me comfort by answeringAny questions I have . More to follow after my procedure .Had my surgery today removing teeth from top to bottom. The staff as always was terrific. The surgery went well even though the surgeon had trouble with the bottom teeth . She was great and her assistant was careing and professional . After 4 1/2 hours of surgery it was finally finished . I was sent home with my car kit and had normal bleeding that night.I woke up this morning with minimal pain and very little bleeding . I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I recieved with Brightly and Her Team .Update post surgeryThe extraction went great. It’s 8 day later and I’m doing great . I do have some discomfort on my lower jaw but nothing a Motrin can’t handle. Most of my stiches have come out and the swelling is going down.The folks at Brightly are taking very good care of me. I would Highly Recomend Brightly for denture and implant care… next appointment in 3 weeks.

Dr Barrett and his staff, especially Angela, were very welcoming and professional. I had full mouth restoration and I'm very pleased with the results. I'm a type 1 diabetic and was worried about fixing this problem. I decided to visit Britely in part due to their high Yelp rating. I'm glad I did. This was a big decision, but the right one.

It's never fun to go to a Dentist but today's visit was tolerable. 🤔I will know more in 8 weeks.

Britely Implants studio is the Best, I went to a few dental offices due to the procedure I was having done of a full mouth of dental implants I wanted the best, from entering Britely dental I could hear and see the passion for what Chris and the staff have for the dental/Patients, the staff is very patient and answered all of my questions befor the procedure during and the completion of the work being done, The Procedure was top notch, the healing process was amazing I had very little mouth irritation, and the communication has all been top notch, I even cracked one of temporary healing bridges and Chris Barrett came in on a Sunday morning to get me fixed up. I’m having a tooth31 implant procedure and just completed placing the implant post. As a physician, I can give an unconditional approval rating so far for Britely staff from office to Oral Surgeons. The facility uses state of the art equipment, procedures (including risks, benefits and alternatives) are discussed and procedures performed with the highest standard of care.

Complementary Consultation was really amazing! Dr. John P. and his staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Paij, the patient Consultant really took her time to explain every procedure that Dr. John P. performs with great detail. I have not been to a dentist in 10 years and went to Britely on Jan. 21,2020 I wear dentures and needed an implant. I decided to proceed on that day. I must say the procedure for the implant was quick and painless. I also am having my dentures updated.
