I have posted a review in the past, but wanted to post another since it has been a while. I am still a client at Britely on my journey to the perfect smile. i originally went for a free consultation... over a year ago (yes it is actually 100% free; and worth it! they will cater to you specifically/ personally for what you want, and plan for exactly what’s needed to get there. so it’s not a waste of time, trust me), and i ended up having surgery shortly after for basically what’s known as “all on four.” which i needed for both top and bottom teeth. but ofcourse the doctor will do whatever is needed in order for ur circumstances to be successful. Fast forward a year and i am still getting everything i was promised. they are doing everything they can to get me to my finals, even with the rare (and for me frustrating) struggles i have had pop up along the way. but these are nothing due to any mistake or lacking on Britelys part. they are due to the unique angle of my implants, that had to be done bcuz my very thin/ minimal bone on top. which is something the doc explained and warned me of in detail 100% from the very beginning, before my surgery. POINT IS- the doctor/ staff will go to any lengths to get it solved. and with smiles and positive attitude every step of the way. i appreciate what they are doing SO MUCH, even considering my unbelievable fear of the dentist office (regardless of the fact that these appts are basically pain free, lol), and all that comes with those fears in my own head! ;) THANK YOU doc and ty Leslie for ALL ur patience and dedication and ty to the receptionists (angela) who is always responding to me so quickly everytime i contact the office, and ty to the entire staff!! every one of you is amazing!!⭐️5+ stars for Britely⭐️i wouldn’t choose anywhere else for where to get ur perfect smile!!😬read more

I don’t even know where to start with my review. I’m emotional just starting to write this. From the moment I first spoke to Lindsey when she answered the phone back in May of 2024, the staff and Drs... of Brightly changed my life. Yes that sounds cliche’ but it is true.I grew up with an intense fear of dentists. No one likes the dentist. I get that. I had a traumatic experience when I was about 8 years old and that always made me have to be forced to go to the dentist as a child and as an adult be reactive vs proactive in my dental care. This eventually took its toll on my dental health. Because of this, I was very self conscious and it affected how I would speak to people (hand in front of mouth a lot of the time etc.).When I went in for my consult, I was convinced that I would need to have the screw in prosthetic arches done. Dr. Nina looked at the bone scan and sat down with me and said no way. She said my bone density was good and she would not do that to me. She said that my teeth were not in that bad of shape. They just needed restorative procedures done.She then brought in her counterpart, Dr Mike. They came up with a plan. It was not an easy plan. It was aggressive. It was a lot of work. But I did it. Better yet…WE DID IT! Two appointments/surgeries…the major one and temps were put in June and then in July (the easier one) when all of the permanent crowns and bridges were done. Couple adjustment appointments and I have the smile of my dreams. Customized exactly how I wanted it.Everyone at this office is absolutely amazing. They understand that people are scared. They have empathy. They have compassion. They go the extra mile. I cannot stop raving about them. I now have zero hesitation getting out of the car and going into the dentist office. I actually look forward to seeing all of them!Before I hit submit on this, I have to send special thanks and praise to Anne. Anne is the Wonder Woman of the office. She works with several of the Brightly offices in the US. Anne was there for my first appointment. She sat with me the whole time. She gave me her number for any questions. We would text. She would ease my mind when I was scared. She arranged her schedule so she was there for my procedure. She sat with me while they sedated me. She was there when my son picked me up and gave him his marching orders on how to take care of me. Anne is just plain and simply a superstar. You are a gem!Thank you to Dr Mike, Dr Nina, Anne, Lindsey, and the guys ( I know I would spell their names wrong but Anne will pass it along). Not only was Britely the most reasonably priced option, there was no pressure, they spent a lot of time... with me answering questions and the people there were amazing to work with. Every one at Brightly treats you like family.I’m scheduled for extraction of all my teeth this week.I’m nervous but they give me comfort by answeringAny questions I have . More to follow after my... procedure .Had my surgery today removing teeth from top to bottom. The staff as always was terrific. The surgery went well even though the surgeon had trouble with the bottom teeth . She was great and her assistant was careing and professional . After 4 1/2 hours of surgery it was finally finished . I was sent home with my car kit and had normal bleeding that night.I woke up this morning with minimal pain and very little bleeding . I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I recieved with Brightly and Her Team .Update post surgeryThe extraction went great. It’s 8 day later and I’m doing great . I do have some discomfort on my lower jaw but nothing a Motrin can’t handle. Most of my stiches have come out and the swelling is going down.The folks at Brightly are taking very good care of me. I would Highly Recomend Brightly for denture and implant care… next appointment in 3 weeks.read more

Britely Implants studio is the Best, I went to a few dental offices due to the procedure I was having done of a full mouth of dental implants I wanted the best, from entering Britely dental I could... hear and see the passion for what Chris and the staff have for the dental/Patients, the staff is very patient and answered all of my questions befor the procedure during and the completion of the work being done, The Procedure was top notch, the healing process was amazing I had very little mouth irritation, and the communication has all been top notch, I even cracked one of temporary healing bridges and Chris Barrett came in on a Sunday morning to get me fixed up.
