3. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Notice

IF YOU ARE ACCESSING OUR SITES FROM THE UNITED STATES (“US”), YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND REVEAL MSO OR BRITELY CONCERNING THE SITES WILL BE RESOLVED AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 19. YOU ALSO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. DETAILS AND OPT-OUT OPTIONS ARE IN SECTION 19.

You may temporarily store or print materials for personal use or download applications provided by Reveal MSO or Britely under the applicable license agreements. Prohibited Uses: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without permission. Unauthorized use terminates your rights to access the Sites.

8. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send a notice to legal@reveal.dental with:

• Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Description of the copyrighted work and infringing material
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized For counter-notices, include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your contact information.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may only use the Sites lawfully and must not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Exploit or harm minors
• Send unsolicited promotional content without consent
• Impersonate Reveal MSO, Britely, or any individual/entity
• Engage in conduct that disrupts or harms the Sites or users

10. Mobile / SMS / Email Terms

Some Sites features may include mobile or SMS messaging. Your wireless provider may charge for these services. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring messages; message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out by replying STOP. Email communications may also be sent with your consent; you may unsubscribe using the instructions in each email or by contacting privacy@livebritely.com.

11. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Termination

We may take actions to enforce these Terms, including legal measures, reporting to authorities, and terminating access for violations.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveal MSO and Britely are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Sites. Certain damages may be capped at $100.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Reveal MSO, Britely, and affiliates from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Sites.

18. Force Majeure

Reveal MSO and Britely are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or governmental actions.

19. Dispute Resolution / Arbitration / Class-Action Waiver

US users agree to resolve disputes via binding arbitration. Class actions and mass actions are waived. Opt-out instructions are provided via legal@reveal.dental. Arbitration procedures are administered by the American Arbitration Association. Detailed procedures for notice, mediation, arbitration, fees, and confidentiality are included in this Section.

20. California Consumer Notice

21. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining Terms remain in effect.

22. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. Invalid provisions are limited or removed without affecting remaining Terms.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you, Reveal MSO, and Britely regarding the Sites.
