Team Member Spotlight: Kenza

Kenza Hlioui Abdid has been with Britely for about a year, bringing roughly a decade of Dental Assistant experience from across the globe to the Milwaukee office.
Kenza came to Britely after hearing wonderful stories from patients and team members about Dr. Caputo and his work environment, “I had heard a lot of good things about Dr. Caputo and it was important to me to work with someone who was a great doctor as well as a great leader in his practice.”
“Our team here is like a family, we love each other, we help each other, and it’s always good vibes and good energy!”
Her team members are grateful to have her, saying “she is absolutely amazing with patients! The fact that she speaks four languages is so helpful! She is always willing to help anyone, and always goes above and beyond for her team and her patients.”
Kenza says the experience she has gained working with Dr. Caputo is invaluable, “he’s very smart and has a great personality, I like that I get to learn a lot from his experience.”
Interacting with our patients is her favorite part of her job, “all the patients stand out in my mind, I feel so happy seeing them leave with a nice smile. I cry with them when they’re happy with their results.”
Kenza is a beloved member of the Milwaukee team, and we are lucky to have her!
